SUSPECT(S) UNKNOWN
July 17, 2008, marks the sixth anniversary of the deaths
of Shawn Baur and Scott Fosnaught. The Pennsylvania State Police,
Troop D, Butler continue the investigation into their deaths.
Together, the boys left the residence of a friend at
approximately 1:30 a.m. and were walking towards the Baur residence.
Both boys were struck and killed by a vehicle while
walking along Cashdollar Road, Forward Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
Both boys resided along Watters Station Road, Evans
City, Butler County.

CRIME: Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Theft by Deception
and Receiving Stolen Property

The State College Police Department, continue their
investigation of multiple Theft cases that occurred in Centre County,
Pennsylvania.
During the spring of 2007, Veolia Environmental
Services located in State College, had a Pacific Pride fuel card
either lost or stolen. The PIN for that fuel card was written
on the envelope that held the card. Due to some confusion the
fuel card was not cancelled by the company.
Between October 7, 2007 and December 20, 2007,
the card was used to purchase diesel fuel at various locations
in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Among some of the locations where
the card was used were the Clyde Avenue Pacific Pride Station,
State College; Hawbaker Drive Station, Ferguson Township; as well
as other locations in Bellefonte, all in Centre County.
During that time frame, the suspect(s) stole thousands
of gallons of diesel fuel and gasoline.
In December 2007, three Pacific Pride customers
observed a white male, approximately 6'1" in height, with
a medium build, pumping diesel fuel into four or five 50 gallon
drums at the Bellefonte Station near Interstate 80. This man is
believed to be a suspect in this case. He was driving an American
made, full size, dark colored pick up truck at the time. He was
described as wearing "work clothes" and wearing a baseball
cap.
Investigators feel these incidents may be related
to a similar incidents in Mifflin County Pennsylvania, investigated
by Troop G, Lewistown, that occurred between March 27, 2008 and
April 27, 2008. Those incidents were featured by Pennsylvania
Crime Stoppers on May 15, 2008, case number 1294.

CRIME: Burglary, Theft, and Criminal Mischief

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G, Hollidaysburg,
continue their investigation of a Burglary case that occurred
in Blair County, Pennsylvania.
On Monday, May 19, 2008, at 2:26 a.m., a call
was received at the Blair County 911 Center from a cell phone
with a male voice stating that there was a three car accident
along SR 99 near the Bald Eagle Exit.
The caller gave a fictitious name and stated
that there was a female victim with a neck injury.
Pennsylvania State Police Troopers and Emergency
Units from Bald Eagle Volunteer Fire Department responded to
that location.
No accident was located and when personnel from
the fire company returned to the station, it was discovered that
while they were responding to the call, a suspect(s) entered
the Fire Hall and broke into a locked interior office removing
a portable radio and laptop computer used by emergency personnel.
The equipment was valued at approximately $4,200.

Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession
with Intent to Deliver, and Speeding

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop A, Kiski Valley,
continue their search for Marvin Lecon Price.
On August 8, 2007, Marvin Lecon Price was observed operating
a stolen vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on SR 22, Derry Township,
Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. A search of the vehicle revealed
drugs and drug paraphernalia. Marvin Price was charged with Theft by
Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession
of Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Paraphernalia,
and Speeding. Marvin Price was arraigned and committed to Westmoreland
County Jail pending the posting of $25,000 bond. Marvin Price posted
bond and then failed to appear as scheduled for his Preliminary Hearing.
Subsequently, a Bench Warrant of Arrest was issued.
Marvin Price has a history of violent crimes. His last
known address was 810 Broad Street, Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
