In December 2005, Daryl Stanley was accepted into the pre-release program with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and was transferred from the State Correctional Institution (SCI) - Chester to the Coleman Hall, 3956 D Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On March 23, 2006, Daryl Stanley was given permission to leave the facility for a job. He was to return by 3:30 p.m. that same day. Mr. Stanley failed to return to the facility.

Daryl Stanley's last known address was 5043 Diamond Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is known to frequent the West and Southwest areas of Philadelphia.
