On Sunday, March 23, 2008, Philadelphia Police Officers responded to 5207 5th Street, Philadelphia where a victim was located with gunshot wounds to the chest. The victim was shot inside a cafe following an argument with Hanh Puc Nguyen.

The last known address for Hahn Nguyen was 17th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is also known to frequent Asian Markets in the Philadelphia area.
