The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop F, Lamar continue their investigation of a Criminal Attempt Robbery case that occurred in Beech Creek Borough, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.

On December 11, 2007, at approximately 3:30 p.m., an unknown male entered the Sovereign Bank in Beech Creek Borough, Pennsylvania.

The suspect handed the Teller a note demanding $15,000 in $100 bills. The note indicated that the suspect had a gun concealed in his coat. The Teller handed over $1,000 in $100 bills and told the suspect there were no more $100 bills. The suspect asked for his note back and fled the bank, leaving the $1,000 with the Teller.

The suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored knit hat, medium length tweed coat, black long pants, black shoes, black leather gloves, and a bluish/gray colored scarf covering his face.
