LEADING TO AN ARREST IN THIS CASE OF HOMICIDE.
 The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop R, Honesdale
continue their investigation into a Homicide that occurred in Paupack
Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania.
On Saturday, August 30, 2008, the Pennsylvania State
Police were notified of an unresponsive male. When police responded
to the scene they observed what appeared to be a gunshot wound to
the victim's head. Criminal Investigators confirmed that the victim
had been murdered by a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim, Carl Christophersen was found at 48 Purdytown
Turnpike, Paupack Township, Wayne County. Mr. Christophersen was
from Lake Ariel, Wayne County. He worked as a carpenter in the local
area and New York City and frequented the local area bars.
